Do you remember rose from Provins and violet from Toulouse? Now, let me introduce poppy from Nemours (Seine-et-Marne).
This city makes this red candy since 1848. This sweet has a nice flowery flavour, delicately acidulous. On one of its face, we have a little flower, on the other side the word COQUELICOT ("poppy").
