Garden Castle Maizicourt castle and gardens

We find a first mention of a little castle in Maizicourt in 1372, when Florimond de Brimeux, seneschal of Ponthieux owned the seigneury.

Then, family de La Houssoie purchased the estate: Louis-François de la Houssoie raised the little castle in the beginning of 18th century.

The beautiful and quiet garden (created at the end of 20th century), set in the middle of Picardy meadows, was landscaped around the brick castle.
