Speciality

Did you know those candies? Let me introduce the moinillons ("young monks"), little sweets made and sold since 50 years by Benedictine monks from Saint-Benoit-sur-Loire abbey (Loiret, Central France).

Candies with pretty unusual shapes... monks shape!

The ingredients? No rubbish in it, only natural products: honey, anise, plum, orange, blackcurrant... even the "carabeurre" flavour, yum! (carabeurre, a blend of caramel and beurre, "caramel" and "butter").
