Yum... white as snow (flocon means "snowflake" in English), these little sweets hide a melting heart made of chocolate with sugared almonds, sublimate by a meringue coating... This speciality was created by a French confectioner from La Tour-de-Crieu, in 1985, because Ariège département had no culinary specialities...
