One of the most famous cake from Brittany, the far! A custard tart flavoured with prunes or with no dressing: you can eat it cold, warm or hot, as you want!

Some might say that with its melting texture, it looks like a clafoutis (cherries cake)... Not at all! The far is proudly Breton! Oh, beware the calories, because this is a pretty rich cake!
