Speciality Henri IV of France

Aah, coucougnettes, very funny name! This means... "nuts"!

This pink and round candy is made with a roasted almond flavoured with chocolate and coated with an almond paste flavoured with raspberry and Armagnac alcohol... yummy, so delicious!

A candy created by French confectioner Francis Miot, from Pau. He also created "Queen Margot’s tits"!
