Crispy outside, mellow and fruity inside…
This is the caprice berrichon (″whim from Berry″), a cake made of a shortcrust pastry, a raspberries purée, eggs, sugar, crushed nuts and almonds. Yum!
On the pastry, we have a nuts macaroon and a raspberry jam… what a nice mix! Delicious, you’ll see…
